The Noveske N4 Diplomat 7.94" Upper is chambered in .300 Blackout and features a 7.94" 416R stainless-steel barrel with a 1:7 twist and pistol-length gas system. It includes a hand-polished Noveske Match Chamber, pinned low-profile gas block, extended hand-polished feed ramps, and a Noveske Pig Pen suppressor-compatible muzzle device. The upper uses a 4th-generation billet 7075-T6 aluminum receiver with Armor Black Cerakote and a 7" NSR free-floating M-LOK handguard with a continuous Picatinny top rail.
